    Even though we make it sound easy, launching a business is anything but that. However, our team has launched dozens of businesses and can work with you to help you avoid some of the mistakes we've made along the way. After creating your business plan, once you decide to move forward towards launching your brand we can take over all components of launching your business and will oversee everything from idea to launch.

  • How It Works


    After we create your business plan, we have five phases to get you from Idea to Launch.

    Branding

    Our creative team will design your brand's visual identity - including logo, fonts, colors, and packaging, web, & social designs. We also have partners who can create your brand's voice strategy and copywriting.

    Fundraising

    If you don't plan to fund the initial launch costs yourself, we will work with you to secure outside funding for your endeavor.

    Production & Ops

    We will work with our sourcing partners to create your initial product spec, designs, samples, and packaging and will secure an ideal production and fulfillment partner for launch.

    Sales Channels

    Most of our clients are direct-to-consumer, so we will build your initial Shopify website and integrate all systems (i.e. email, ad accounts, analytics, Quickbooks, inventory management). We can also coordinate an Amazon store as well as other wholesale partnerships.

    Go-to-market & Hiring

    We will work with you on all components of your go-to-market plan and will hire your initial team and vendor partners for performance marketing, PR, content creation, and social media management.
